SHIPPING

1. All orders will be shipped from Tokyo, Japan. The delivery date will be notified during the quotation process.
2. All orders will be delivered by EMS unless otherwise specified.
3. All prices are exclusive of the delivery cost which will be added at checking out process.
4. Local tax in your country, such as import tax, are payable by the buyer.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns
- You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- It is necessary to contact and let us know the reason of your request, and await for our reply before you return the product.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- A return is not accepted for any customized products, including size, or containing of patch/emblem etc. (Except if there was any mistake made by us)

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.p> If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
